Bobbie Jean is Kinsman Quarterly’s YouTube media director and the producer of Bobbie Jean Lane TV. Enjoy her humorous web series, focused on BIPOC health and lifestyle. Bobbie also hosts KQ’s Book Review, featuring outstanding books by BIPOC authors.

Bobbie has worked for years in entertainment and production. She directed the urban documentary Ghetto Scriptures and co-produce the movie Food Stamps, written and directed by Alfredo Ramos. She’s worked for Cineville Production, producer of over 55 feature films and personally assisted Lee Caplin of Picture Entertainment, the executive producer of the movie Ali and executor of the literary estate of Nobel prize author William Faulkner.
