Of silence, as tyrants give no compliance

To our complaints, no remorse for our restrains.

Massacres massively maintain murder rates. In the

City of Johannesburg, the city of degenerates, where the Evil is generous with genocide and chooses to abide inside...


Inside of our hearts are memories of hurt and

Happiness, along with fear of what will happen next.

A nest of naivety feeds the web of lies and supplies a big

Surprise. Our very eyes will despise all that we can see from the Skies until the ground. Around and round the wheel keeps spinning as mankind is sinning. It seems like hell is winning—this is only the beginning


Oppressive rulers drunk with power fight the

Spirit Filled. Spirits fill masses and make them a

Bit surreal. How miraculous that it’s so real. What is

Finally being revealed shall be revered in due time. For now we do time in the prison of our freedom, being fooled by our wisdom. The righteous are treasonous is the heathens' kingdom. May no evil kill them.







 

Brother Tshepang of South Africa was the grand-prize winner of the 2024 Kinsman Poetry Slam. South African poet, programmer, musician, translator and academic. Born and raised in Vosloorus, a township in the east of Johannesburg, he discovered a love for poetry at the age of 9 and has since released poetry in audio, video and written format. His style of poetry infuses philosophy, theology, history and social justice and is also written in a variety of languages including English, Afrikaans, isiZulu, isiXhosa and Sesotho.
